Luxury Brands, The Bling Dynasty and Maison Ullens of Paris

There's Maslow's Hierarchy of needs. But in the book 'The Bling Dynasty: Why the Reign of Chinese Luxury Shoppers Has Only Just Begun' it's author, HSBC managing director Erwan Rambourg proposes a luxury brand hierarchy or pyramid.

In the world of the superrich, brands that become too accessible are less appealing. For instance some well known brands such as Louis Vuitton are a victim of their own success. By becoming too common place they are considered a "brand for secretaries" by many wealthy Chinese.

So in tribute to the Bling Dynasty and it's Luxury brand awareness here's a video showcasing a boutique, a high end fashion name, not very well known with a store located in Paris. All it's apparel is made in Italy.

Presenting the 2015 Spring and Summer collection of Masion Ullens.
