This article shows that back in November Paris property prices were expected to fall below 8,000 euros per square metre for the first time since 2011. They have fallen nearly 2.0 per cent in a year. It wasn't long ago that the Paris housing market saw soaring property values in the years that followed the financial collapse of 2008.
